Stat-Tree Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT®)

The Voluntary Product Accessibility Template, or VPAT® of the Information Technology Industry Council, is a tool that administrators and decision-makers can use to evaluate Stat Tree's conformance with the accessibility standards under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and WCAG 2.2 AA.

Accessibility Statement

Stat Tree LLC is committed to ensuring Stat-Tree.com is inclusive and meets the diverse accessibility needs of users. Stat Tree strives for WCAG 2.2 Level A/AA and Section 508 conformance. Regular testing is conducted to identify conformance issues, with processes in place for timely remediation of accessibility issues that are identified. The statements below are accurate as of the date indicated.

Stat Tree has been evaluated manually and by using the WebAIM WAVE Firefox Extension technology which tests to WCAG 2.1 standards. Testing is regularly conducted using automated tools and coding best practices. Third party accessibility evaluation occurs regularly with internal audits conducted with each release. Mechanisms are in place for logging and fixing accessibility defects.

Stat Tree certifies the website to be substantially conformant with Level A and Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2. Conformance issues that pose a significant barrier for users with disabilities have been addressed. Stat Tree has utilized tools from WebAIM.org to assess conformance. WebAIM.org is an independent evaluator and has no commitments or conflicts with Stat Tree LLC or its principal, H. Paul LeBlanc III.

The elements of the website evaluated include all pdf files, all html files, and all png and svg image files. These elements include but are not limited to general navigation, embedded links, embedded videos, etc.
